The Management Committee of tho Wellington Football Association met last evening. Present: Messrs. A. E. Wells (in tho chair), W. Duncan, A. E. Smith, B. Hill, C. Webster, C. I' , . Ward, 11. Yeoman, and A. Williams (secretary). Tho request of St. Thomas's Club that there A team be removed to a lower grade was held over. A letter recoiv<Sd froni H. Marshall, of the Seatoun Club, offering the use of the ground, whs received with thankn. Footballs were granted to tho Thorndon Football Club, fifth and eixth class teams. Thomdon third grade withdrew owing to some of their members going into camp. A team from overseas will play Johnsouvillo at Johnsonville on Saturday. This team played in Wellington threp weeks ago, when agood gamo resulted. The Y.M.C.A. Club -wrote pointing out that the official referee appointed for one of their matches did not put in an appearance till half-time. Tho jotter was loferrcd to tho Referees' Association. The Y.M.C.A. Club wroto pointing out the impossibility of teams journeying to Porirua catching tho 1.15 p.m. train. Tho matter was left over until next meeting. ,-\ The final between Marie and Boys' Institute in the six-a-sido competition will bo played at Association Park on Saturday. This match wns hold over from earlior hi the season.
