A team from the Ramblers' Ladios 1 Hockey Club journeyed to Palmerston on Monday ( and played a team from llho local association, and aftor a very en- 1 joyablo garao suffered defeat by three goals to nil. Tho menibers of the local association met the visitors on arrival, and entertained them at dinner, und also entertained them at afternoon tea after tho match. Misses Cousins and Sdig acted as referees.
