BOTH PARTIES MAKE-CONCES-SIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Waihi, June 3. Tho lext of the agreement between the engineers and the mining companies was issued 10-dav, and shows that there were mutual concessions. The men have accepted a wage of 13s. daily, compared with 13s. 4d. in the original award, while the companies have consented to 45 hours constituting a week's work, compared with 47 hours elsewhere, and to the wiims being paid at per day, instead oi by the hour, as fixed by Mr. Justice Stringer in his amendment to the award.
