"NOVO-KO" FOR FARM ENGINES. 78 PER CENT INCREASM IN RUNNING TIME-. The present cost of benzine, also its threatened scarcity, has resulted in tho invention of Novo-ko, the great benzine economiser. In short, it is a highly concentrated synthetic benzine purifier, which produces phenomenal power and velocity. Under ordinary conditions where kerosene i.r benzine is fired in an engine, combustion is not complete and the uuburnt carbon is deposited on tho piston. Novo-ko when mixed with kerosene or benzine products complete combustion, avoids the deposit of carbon, thus producing greater power and a better running ongine. The importance of these facts will bo fully realised by farmers who use benzine in stationary engines for tho driving of milking plants and other machinery. That Novo-ko increases power and cuts down benzine bills is attested to by Mr. Mason Bayly, of Bett and Bayly's motor garage, Palmerston North. Associated with Mr. Bayly was liis foreman motor mechanic, Mr. Ernst A. Uhrbom. Tho plant used was a. 3-h.p. stationary benzine engine coupled to a 25 to 40 dynamo, connected up lo a lighting set The engine was allowed to run till stopping point on a half pint of Kaliff motor spirit. A further half pint of Novo-ko treated motor spirit was then used, and the engine once more set agoing, with the feed and air readjusted. Every condition was >-imilar exactly in the two runs, and Novo-ko proved itself triumphant to the tunc of an increase of just over 78 per cent, in running time, with exactly the same amount of fuol, This test has brought about such a condition of things that to-day througnout the dairying '".istricts of the North Island there is a phenomenal demand for No-vo-ko. Not only for stationary engines, but also for motor-cars Novo-ko is indispensable. Increased mileage—so dear to the heart of the motorist—is the direct result of Novo-ko. The simplest method to use Novo-ko' is to add 4oz. to every 4-gaUon tin of benzine 'and shake well before using. The Company absolutely guarantees that Novo-ko will not injuriously affect the engine. A bottle containing coins, copper-plate, wire, steel, and iron parts in the mixture of Novn-ko and motor spirit shows no trace of corrosion after nearly a year. ss. one-nint tin. sufficient fnr 20 gi'llons: 17s. M. half gallon, sufficient for 80 gallon*: 325. fid. one gallon, sufficient for IGO gallons. All gnrnges sell Novo-ko. For free booklet containing full details, write N.Z.
