In tlio House of Lords Lord Nowton, referring to the negotiations regarding the exchange of prisoners of war, said Hint tlio German Government had already suggested a meeting at The Hague to discuss mnttors of acute difficulty which had arisen, and' tlio British Government had accepted the suggestion on condition that a scheme of an exchange of prisoners was included in the subjects for discussion.—Aus.-N.Z.
