Tho following n.c.o.'s and men of tho 39th Mounted Miles, having obtained tho necessary number of pointe in Part 111, G.S. musketry course for N.Z. reinforcements are entitled to wear marksmen's badges :-Q.M.S. Reinforcements,' is adjudged Iho best sjici in the 39th Mounted Rifles 'Reinforcement, and is entitled to wear the badge provided.
