BOXING AT TREN'THAM. A boxing tournament was held at the Y.M.C.A. Hall. Tionlham Camp, on Friday last, Major Talbot presiding in the unnvoidnble absence of Colonel Potter, Camp Commandant. Captain A. W. Brocks was referee. Lieutenants 'I'yndal and Hill were the judges, and Lieutenant B. Spnckcr was the orjaniscr. The tournament wos easily the most successful held at Trcntham. The standard attained by tho competitors was remarkably good. Tho competitors wero evenly matched, and in almost every contest, the full number of rounds was contested. The results of the competitions were as follow:— Feather-weight.—First round: Ptc. Cow (C Company) beat Vte. Ibiehanan (D Company); Pic. Potter (A Company) beat Cp!. M'J>o'u:!d m{ Company). Final: Pie. I'niiir bent pie. Coss. Light-weights— First round: Ptc Wheeler (I.) Company) beat Pie. Hill (A Company); Pie. Sharplin (I) Company) beat Ptc. Voyce (B Company). Final: Pte. Sharplin beat Pte. Wheeler. "Welter-weight—First; round: Pte. F. A. Smith (1) Company) beat Pte. Cnristeusen (A Company); Pte. K.idd (11 Company) beat Pte. C. S. Smith (C Company). Final: Pte. Smith beat Tic. Kid'd. Middle-weight —First round: Pte. M'lntyro (I) Company) beat Pie. Marks (A. Company); Cpl. Lincoln (ii Company) beat Pte. Everett (D Company). Final: Pte.
