GERMANS PREPARED FOR VIOLENT MEASURES. (Eeo. May 27, 7.15 p.m.) Paris, May 2G. The Now York "Herald" states that thero is undeniablo cvidenco from Antwerp that Germany was resolved upon violent measures during the recent Ger-man-Dutch negotiations over tlvojransit of war materials. Several divisions of German troops wero hastily concentrated at Antwerp. Tho danger may recur over certain steps which Germany seems to- be contemplating to forco special economic arrangements on tho Dutch.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
