LABOUR'S REPLY TO CHEAT LABOUR SCHEME.
London, May 26. Mr. Arthur Henderson, presiding at the Labour Party's Educational Conference, said that educational reconstruction was an essential part of social reconstruction after tho war. Labour's policy aimed at fullest oducational facilities for every child, irrespective of ils parents' circumstances. Labour intended to break tho vicious circle binding ignorance to poverty.
