Tho Parliamentary "Aviation Group" lias passed a resolution that aerial operations should plav a decisi.ro role in obtaining victory. The Allies, they affirm, have sufficient machines to obtain an overwhelming superiority in the air, ami the' Group therefore urges the Allies to form an aerial army, with a clearly defined plan of campaign, and to centralise tho administration of the air service, with a view to speeding up tho production of machines and to organise an air army of picked men.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Aesn. BACKING THE ARMY IN THE WORKSHOPS London, May 26. Mr. F. (J. Kelleway, Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Munitions, in a speech, referred to the wonderful achievement of the munition factories sinec tho offensive began on March 21. In spito of releasing 8000 workers weekly for the Army, tho estimate of gun deliveries was exceeded by 32 per cent.
