On tlio recommendation of the Hospital Committee tho following report was adopted:—. "That the contract for tho additions at tho Nurses' Homo had been completed at J!39 10s. id., less than tho contract price. "That advice had been received from tho Minister of Public Health that the Public Health • Department would pay for tho hospital treatment of tho wives and children of suldiers on active duty March 8, 1918. "That the water-pipes to connect tho new Povor Hospital with the Hosenoath Heservoiv had now been laid..

"That no appeal should bo niado by tho board against tho calling up of the board's baker in tho ballot.

"That 6ome of tlio matorial for tho installation of tho elcctrio lift had been received, and it would bo in working order shortly.
