SURETIES OBTAINED. By Telegraph.—Press Association, Christchurch, May 22. Tho .required number of sureties for the release of Hiram Hunter, Langlcy, and Flood, waro obtained to-day. The Bureties have yet to be approved by the authorities in Wellington. Hunter will be nominated to-morroiv for the vacancy on tho City Council brought about by his imprisonment.
