WAR MEDALS
EMBLEMS TO BE WORN. It was stated in General Orders that tho following emblems may be worn on tho ribands of certain decorations and medals when worn on service dress garments :— . Victoria Cross.—A miniature replica of the cros9 in bronze to be worn by all recipients of this decoration. The award. 6? a bar to the original decoration, will be marked by the addition of a second miniature cross to the riband, an additional cross bring added to each bar awarded. ~ D.5.0., M.C., D.C.M., M.M.-A small silver rose to denote that the wearer has been awarded a bar or bars to the original decoration or medal—one or more, according to tho number of bars awarded. . These emblems do not form part of the decoration or medal, and are not to be worn on the riband when tho decoration or medal i? worn in original on the full-dress tunic or jacket, or in miniature on the mess jacket. Two miniature crosses will be snnplied when the Victoria Cross is awarded, and two additional crosses for each bar .• Two filver roses for each bar awnrded to holder of any of _ the other decorations or nwdals mentioned above.
