FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT i P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for high west to sonth-weßt -winds, and further unsettled and squally weather, with rain gener- , ally, and hail and sleet in the southern districts. Barometer unsteady, but riains everywhere shortly. Squally westerly winds and heavy showers havo been experienced generally. Snow has fallen on somo "of tho higher levels of tho South ißland, and frcßhcs havo occurred in the West Ooast rivers. Atmospheric pressure is still very low, efpeciaUy in tho south. D. 0.
