The following conditions, will govern tho purchase of slipe wool in respect of ■which invoices have been rendered to tho Department of Imperial Government Supplies prior to April 1, 1918:— Tho price to be paid for, tho slipo wool will be determined as follows:—(a) From the average gross'price per pound received for each and every.grade of slipo wool produced by any such company and soli! in London between January 1 and December 31, 1911, there shall bo deducted the sum of lid. per pound, representing shipping expenses, freight, imd other charges, (l>) To the. residue in each case shall be added a sum equal to 55 per ceut. thereof, (c) The 'said residues, pins the said 55 per cent., shall be. the prices per pound to be paid respectively for the same grades of slipo wool produced by such company jip to June 30, 1917. In the case of slipe wool in respect of which invoices have not been rendered to the Department prior to April 1, 1518, the wool will be valued in accordance with a, schedule of prices.
