MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Mr. W. G. Riddcll, S.M., presided at the Magistrate's Court on Saturday, and dealt with the police cases. For insobriety two first offenders were each fined 55., in default twelve hours' imprisonment. A remand for a week was granted In the case of James Hcatey, charged with disorderly behaviour \n Gli'ianec Sheet, while drunk, also on iv charge *hat heiiiß a reservist ho chauged his place of abode without giving notice within_ fourteen days to the Government Statistician. Raymond Stanley Cormick was charged (lint at Auckland on May 7 ho did wronp fully sign a telegram with the name of "Singer, solicitor," without authority. On tho application of D«(pctivc Cox ho was remanded to appear ai Auckland this morning.
