At the twenty-fifth ordinary general meeting of the Exoesa Insurance Co., Ltd., held at Koyal Exchange Buildings, London, on February 28 last, a final, dividend of 15 per cent, wae declared, making 25 per cent, for the year, and £1.249.868 was carried forward to 1918 againet unexpired risks. The premium income amounted to £2,451,000 for the 1917 underwriting account, and. the total assets now amount to £2,152.660.— J. Sead-Gowing, Attorney for New Zealand, Chrietchnrch. Customs duties collected at the port of ■Wellington on Saturday amounted to £3585 15s. 9d.
