The Undines of n district com'l-mnrtinl held at Trentham Camp on May 7 having been confirmed l>y tho (''..linii.i New Zealand Military Forces, are hereby promulgated:— 15/33 a Private W. W. Davis, Details (lato. Thirtieth Reinforcements), found guilty of (1) when under orders for active service deserting His Majesty s service; (2) losing by neglect his equipment, clothing, nnd regimental necessaries. Sentenced to detention for 140 days. Stoppages to pay for deficiencies in kit amounting to .fl 13s. Confirmed at. Wellington, Mav 11: but tho sentence is mitigated so that if the accused embarks for active service outside of New Zealand, then upon arrival at t.ie final port of disembarkation the unexpired portion (if any) of his sentence shall bo remitted, and his New ZeA.aiiil rccords shall be endorsed r.cnordingly. 67.089 Private T.
