The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. Ltd.. report;—At our Upper Ilutt yards on Thursday we submitted a medium entry of both sheep and cattle to a fair attendance of buyers. Wo sold cull ewes in lamb, 10s. Bd.; empty forward heifers, £8 55.; forward empty cows, £10 108.; store cows, £5 to £6; 18-months bulls, £6; springing heifers, £10 155.; vealers, £3 25.; 3 and fyear steers, £12 6b. ; ponies, £7 to £10.

Two and four-tooth wethers, 295.; fat ewes, 245. 3d.; fat ewes, 205.; store ewes, 15b. 6d.; bost whitefaco lambs, 17s„ 195.; forward b.f. lambs, 15s. 2d., 16s. lid.; b.f. lambs 13s. 2d., 14b. 7d.; small lambs, 9s. 6d.; forward cows, £8 10s.; 18-month steers, £7; empty heifers, £4, £6.
