PRUSSIAN FRANCHISE BILL
HOUSE MUST PASS THE BILL OR BE DISSOLVED. (Rec. May 16, 8.30 p.m.) Amsterdam, May 15. The Prussian Lower House lias rend a third time the Electoral Reform Bill by 236 votes to 185, but with the equal suffrage clause dcieted. The Progressives, Poles, and Social Democrats opposed the emasculated Bill. The Minislor declared that the Government had employed ail its constitutional means to carry out equal suffrage.
