Tho Admiralty is establishing shop committees in the Royal Dockyards to facilitate tho settlement of questions affecting the work, and also yard, committees as appeal bodies. Tho latter aro composed of representatives of the workpeoplo and nominal members, with tho superintendent as chairman— Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.'
