ALLEGED BREAKING AND ENTERING
By Tclcgraph-Pross Association. ( Hamilton, May 15. At. the Police Court a Territorial named Charles Downing was charged with breaking and entering a confectionery shop. It appears ho was noticed, at 11 o'clock Inst night, half-way through the fanlight of tho shop. Later lie was arrested at Claudelands Territorial Camp. Accused appeared in court in uniform, and wus remanded until May 23.
