Conwuy, who "is under military orders to proceed to camp this month, and who is a recent arrival from tho North 'Island, was arrested on board a steamer last night. He was found by the police, a few hours prior to the vessel's departure, behind a bunker bulkhead, under a coil of rope. Ho was remanded till Monday, to' allow tho police to complete inquiries,
