Tht jtory ot th«. Wolf's escapades was publisned some time ago, when two Australian officers, Colonel Strangeman and Major Flood, arrived in Eng.anl, a:id their narratives was cabled to New Zealand. These two officers were captured on th 5 Matnnga, the earliest of the Wolf's victims, and were afterwards transferred to the Igotn Mendi, being liberated later when thoy «re 6tranded in Denmark.
