Some 500 people were seated on the stage, and tho aisles and passageways were blocked, ami r large crowd could not gain admission. Tho spcaket received an excellent hearing, and dealt with the attitude of Sir James Allen in allowing Roman Catholic schools and teachers to engineer advantages under the Education and Military Service Acts. Great enthusiasm prevailed throughout] and a resolution in accordance with tho sentiments expressed was carried.
