TO CONSERVE MATERIAL, LABOUR, AND TONNAGE. Washington, May 13. Tho War Trade Board has arranged an international commercial agreement between the United States, Great Britain, Franco, Belgium, and Italy, by which exports aro permitted, only under licenso. Tho purpose of the. agreement is to consorvo material, labour, and tonnage, and to eliminate all shipmonta which aro not essential to tho wax. The noy agrooment doea not affect British shipments to the colonies—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
