QSTEND & ZEEBRUGGE RAKED BY AIR BOMBS ■ MEETING OF TIE EMPERORS OFFICIAL REPORT OF THE DECISIONS The lull on tho Western front continues, with no definite indication of tile next development in the situation. Tho Emperor Karl and tho Kaiser have had a meeting at German Headquarters on the Western front, and according to the German official report of the event, all is harmony and settled prosperity with the Central Powers. Other conjectures concerning tho meeting include arrangements for a big drivo in Italy and a new offensive in the West. Meanwhile, the Allies' airmen are busily disorganising the enemy's communications in rear of his front line, and. Ostend and Zeebrugge have been subjected to a raking firo of bombs from the naval air squadrons.
