A COMPLAINT. By TeleuroDb.—Press Association. Greymouth, May 11. Disappointment was expressed to-day in both election camps for the Grey seat that tho Registrar of Electors did not receive tl\o official telegram notifying that the writ had been issued yesterday until after 6 o'clock last night. , A num. bor of claims for enrolment were thus shut out, us tho organisers relied on tho custom of notification being received early in tho day and their being notified as to tho final hour for closing tho roll. The official telegram was put in at Wellington i.t 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon, but did not roach Greymouth ,*.'itor C o'clock, and it was near 7 o'clock beforo it was delivered into the* hands of tlio Registrar. The polling day for the Grey election ham been fixed for May £9. '
