The "Daily Chronicle" Amsterdam'correspondent says that German papers declare .that Austria is'heading for disaster owing to the Southern Slav monaee. The In lust proposal is to separate Bosnia. Herzegovina, and Diilinatin from Austria and add them lo Hungary, in order to compensate her in view of the Austriairsoltlement of the Polish-question, which means that Austria-Hungary will become a Triple Monarchy .-Aus.-N.Z.
