PROGRESS 01' REEXAMINATION^
A few of the First Division C 2 men have not vet received the official notices informing'them whether 'or not they are required to .imderno. re-exaniination. but the number is not large. .Uf the first Division men drawn in the ballots about 35,000 were classed C 2 at the original examinations; 21,000 of these men have since been notified -.hat they will not be required for .re-examination. 'J. his leaves a balance of HMO., of whdiuN rather more than 13.000 have been set down for reexamination. Many of them have already been before the C 2 Medical Board, which has been travelling the country for months .past. The number of Wl'irst Division balloted ' reservists, still to be notified' of the decision reached in their cases is in the. neighbourhood of 1000. C 2 men who have not received notietsj and who wish to ascertain their position may make application direct to the Director of Recruiting, .Wellington. They will then receive .-epUes as quickly u3 possible.
