He applied for a remand for a week, and volunteered the information that lie was a married man and a householder; Bail was fixed at ,C2O, and accused said Jus wife could pur down tho cash. The cn-so was remanded a week, accused to be granted every assistance to get bail. For drunkenness, Thomas Clarke ana William Wood were each fined 205., while one first offender was fined 10b.

John Johnson was, on the. application of Mr. H. P. O'Leary, romanded on bah till Monday, on a clinrgo of drunkenness and of assaulting Nicholas A. Benonecs.
