David Wilson Oughton, who was charged with being an idlo and disorderly person, was Tenionded for a week.
A fine of £b, with the option of ono month's imprisonment, was imposed on one Axel Johansen, a Swede, who wae I charged that, being a person against whom an order of exclusion from wharves and shipping ,had boon issued, he did enter upon one of tho wharves. Richardson £1 7s. Gd. by May 21, or Buffer imprisonment for four days. DEFENDED CASE. In the case of Robert Hunt v. James "evin, plaintiff claimed the sum cf \4M4 7s. On a counter-claim for jEC2, lodged by the defendant, judgment was given for tho defendant for JB3I, with costs.
