CONCERNING ELECTROLYSIS. 25th January, 1918. Dear Mrs. Rolloston,— For the benefit of many who suffer as I have dono for the past ten or twelve years with a growth of hair on my upper lip and chin, I wish yon irouM kindly publish the following:—"When a girl of eighteen I was troubled with a slight growth of hair, and in ignorance pulled each ono as it appeared.
