This has been proved locally by the record between Christciiurch and Dnnediu being reduced :)i hours. The actual time was 12 hours 2JJ minutes for «2 miles, or an average of 40 miles per hour. The highest speed durinß the trip was 65 miles per hour, the lowest i nines, thus proving the wonderful flexibility and l-cliability of the Mitchell ongiiie, tho 100 per "cent.
