As a mattar of fact; I believe that tho summer aud autumn has been an unhealthy time for children. Some- have died from diphtheria who Ghould nover have been allowed to die, and other juvenile ailments have boon permitted to Hodrish unchecked, If the teacher of every class were to spend half an hour each day inquiring into tho health of his charges and rojiqrted to a medical authority where, his or her intelligence pointed to expert advico and , treatment being needed, the time- would bo well spent. Save the ■ children or wo perish indeed.' .
