The Wairarapa- farmers' Co-operative ' Association, LIU., Stock Department, report, having held their weekly Carterton sale on Friday, when they submitted a lull yarding of cattle and a small one of sheep and pigs, to a good attendance. Bidding was brisk, and although one or two lines were passed in at auction they were quickly disposed of by private treaty the result being a total clearance, with the exception of a line of weaner calves.
