Sir,-I must confess that it is ratner unfortunate to learn from the pen ol air. Sidney Bilby that the Kev. Howard Jilliott is absent in the "south," auu time he (Mr. Bilb.y) should prefer to answer my letter in his absence. It is likewise highly educative news to me to learn from the pen of Sir. Bilby that a man is not "manly" v:ho prefers to write to a newspaper over a nom-dc-plume. There is no further need for me to point out that Hiis so-called Protestant Political Association owes its connections and "existence" to the Orange Grand Lodge. Mr. Bilby has admirably done that for 1 me, and although I have made no reference to tho words he so painfully quotes, I quite agree with him —that any intelligent conscience would know that thev, the P.P.A., cannot be "outside the institution" and ' m at the same time.
