FRANCHISE CRISIS IN PRUSSIA
TREMENDOUS TENSION London, May 3. The Prussian Diet's rejection of one-man-one-roto by a lar»e majority has caused a sensation. It orings Count von Hertling face to face with a crisis which is bound to have a serious reaction throughout Germany. The Government subsequently announced that an immediate dissolution would not bo in tho interests of tho Slate, and indicated that it was hoped to .irrivo at a compromise.
