FATALITY AT OAMARU. By Telegraph.-Press Association. Oamaru, May 4. The body of Mrs. Elizabeth Bill, wife of a well-known resident, aged 69 years, was found in the Oamaru Creek to-day. She left home about 10 a.m. lor a walk, and is belioved to have met her death accidentally. MISHAP ON A SAWMILL RAILWAY. Taumarunui, May 1. A man named Charles Anderson nad a narrow escape from death at Raurinui on Thursday. He was driving a sawmill locomotive, hauling logs over a bridge, when tho front wheels of tho ellKino left tho rails, and the engine and drivor fell 80ft. down a gully. Aiidtrson, though badly scalded and bruised, crawled up tho gully, and when found was taken to the Taumarunui Hospital.
