15,000 BRITISH SEAMEN MURDERED SAILORS' BOYCOTT PLEDGE London, May 2. Mr. Havelock Wilson (secretary of tho Seamen and Firemen's Union), in an interview, said that rieai'ly 15,000 British seamen had been murdered by the Garman pirates in the war period, and yet there were more men than ever at sea. The sailors were in deadly earnest with regard to applying a punitivo boycott to, Germany, for at least two years after tho ivar. .
