Store sheep met with fair competition for the better classes, but inferior descriptions, of which a I large portion of the yarding was formed, Were dull of wile. ..Fat lambs were easier on account of the ynality not being equal to that of late sales, the lambs being mostly medium and lightweights. . The fat sheep irarket was yery iirm. Fat cattle showed an advance in price by about 41 ps-r head, due to the shorter supply. Store cattle were dull of sale, bur dairy cows were in jood demand. Bacon pigs maintained late rates, but porkers and stores were niuch esier. ! Store sheep: Two-tooth ewes, 2Gs. 7d. to 325.
