TO BR KEOEGANISKD AND STRENGTHENED. Melbourne, April M. The Menco Department is elaborating a scheme for reorganising and strengthening the citiwm forces. It is proposed to call Tor volunteers, including men of mature age, for lionio service during tlio currency of tlio war. Such-volunteers must ■Iμ between the ages of 21 and 50, arid must bo declared medically unfit or otherwise ineligible for service abroad. Tho minimum camp training will be eixicen days, but preferonco will bo given to thoso who volunteor for longer periods. —Press Assn.
