FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4. P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications- aro for atronsc southwesterly winds with cold anil showery conditions, and a rising barometer everywhere. A rapid rise in barometric pressure took placo in Hie south during the night, and considerable rain has fallen in most parts of the Dominion, and snow on higher levoia in the south.
