'■WHAT LONDON PEOPLE PAY. Those who complain of tho high price of food in New Zealand might be interested to know exactly what is beings paid in London for the various classes and cuts of meat, iiomo-killed and imported. These nre clearly eo.t out in a poster issued in December last by the Acton Local Food Control Committee, setting out the maximum retail prices allowed to be charged over the counter.
