A delegation from the Finnish Socialist Republic has protested to the Allies as follows: "Tlio leaders of the anti-revolu-tionary White Guard of Finland have publicly declared themselves unable to crush the workers and the Government without the aid of German militarism, in return for which they have sold the country to Germany, who has begun a military occupation and destruction of the whole Labour movement, and permitted the systematic murder" of war prisoners and the wounded men in hospitals and non'-combafcanb leaders."— Router.
