THE GREY SEAT

A notice signed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives in the Gazette declares the Grey seat vacant. The notice is issued under Section 30 of the Legislature. Act, and states that Mr. P. C. Webb has forfeited his eeat "by reason that for one wbole session of the General Assembly—to wit, (lio cession beginning on April 0, 1918, and ending on April 17, li)lß—the said Patrick Charles Webb failed, without permission of- the House of Representatives, to give hifl attendance in the said House."
