Official: Proceedings have been instituted in Berlin against the "Ncutschc Zeitung" for statins? that during their official visit to Bucharest Dr. von Kuhllimim and Count Cz-crnin were guilty ot immoral behaviour; that Count Czernm every night visited the theatre, whero there were dancing girls; that Von Kulilmann publicly promenaded with a notorious denri-mondainc, thus dishonouring Germany's name. The "Neutscho Zeitung" alleges that'certain Pau-Ger-mans inado representations to a lady of high slnnding—it is believed that the lady was tbo Kaiserin—who immediately took action.
