A wireless Russian message states that Germany has been asked for an assurance that the Russian Black Sea fleet, while, obeying the terms of the peace treaty by remaining in Sebastopol, will not be seized or damaged by the German submarines, which arc apparently about to blockade Sebastopol.—Aus.-N.Z.
