LOT 2.—The Company's Dredge nnd all tho Company's Plant, Machinery, and Tools and other chattels. •LOT 3.—(a) The Company's Freehold Land, being part Section 47, Block 11, Bcngor District, containing 2 acres, with buildings of manager's cottage and outbuildings thereon; ib) Smithy, Shed, and Hut, for removal.
