« The Suburbs Dofonco Rifle Club completed their third match iu their fourth nerios on Saturday at ranges 300 nnd 500 yards, 21-shot match. The quarterly competition for tho Osmond Shield conducted by the Wellington Miniature Biflo Association waa comploted last week. Tho conditions ol tho competition are ten men aside, ten shots and fiighter. Six teams representing five clubs competed, and ,i very inturostinp. competition resulted. The result was a win for Wellington South A team, with Petone Working Men's Club second, followed by Wellington South JJ, Lower Ruit, Petono/Lndios, and Wellington Ludies, in that order. '■'
